I have seen a Bikinibiza product I like but it is not available in the right size?
Because all of our products are handmade, we can not guarantee the exact same products in each size. If you see a product you like and we don’t have your size, you can send an email to: email@example.com or customize a product on the Make a wish page on this website. Please note that your product may differ slightly. This is because our object is to make each bikini unique. When the product you have ordered is ready, you will receive an email.
What if the product I have ordered does not fit?
If the product you have ordered does not fit you, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items can be returned up to 10 days after they have been received. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The return of products is at your own risk. Once we receive the item back according to the above mentioned conditions we send you the size you requested or refund the original price through your original method of payment.
I would like to order a bracelet that matches my bikini or the other way around?
If you’ve ordered a bikini or bracelet on the Make a Wish or Yes I Do page on our website, please send an email to email@example.com with the article number of your product and your wishes. We can make a matching product for you that will compliment the product you already have. When the matching product is ready we will send you an email with the shipping details.
I received an incorrect product in my order?
If (one of) the product(s) you have received is different from the one(s) you have ordered, please let us know right away by contacting our Customer Service Team. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will correct the error for you as soon as possible. Please note that your product may differ slightly. This is because our object is to make each bikini unique
Can I become a Bikinibiza friend and receive your mailings if I have not placed an order (yet)?
Of course! Just send an email to email@example.com with your name and email address.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from Bikinibiza, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. If you have not received an email yet, please contact us.
