The island of Ibiza has been the inspiration for two entrepreneurs to
launch a new and unique swimwear & jewelry company. Summer 2009 was the launch of this much talked about young company. The product range is an extension of their two personalities. Whilst still in their twenties both,Lot and Kat have experience beyond their years.
Lot is a designer, running her own successful award winning studio in Amsterdam on the cutting edge of fashion & advertising for the past 6 years. Bikinibiza is a natural progression, to combine Lots skills and passion. Lot has a solid business background, laying the foundations for the companies future growth, through her guidance and experience.
Kat has a Bachelor degree in law. After leaving a law practice in Holland,her focus turned to fashion, her real desire. An easy transformation, besides Kat clear academic ability, she has hands-on skill with textile, design & embroidery. She gathered much inspiration for the new collection after traveling throughout South American for several months.
Manon follows a social cultural study. Because of her background and interest she knows a lot about culture. During her first visit to Ibiza Manon not only got inspired by the bohemian look which you find there, she also discovered that in Ibiza all cultures melt together in one big harmony. This for her makes Ibiza extra fascinating. Her passion lies in spotting trends and her creativity shows by different art forms. She stands out in making Bikinibiza bracelets.
Ibiza became the obvious choice to base the head office and design studio. Due to the climate, the culture & beautiful beaches the island entitles both Kat and Lot immediate feedback on the bikinis.
When looking for bikinis they experience what most women face; a limited offer with a lot of commonality in the stores. With Bikinibiza they create unique, affordable and trendy bikinis.
