We have therefore produced a Privacy Statement for how the information on this website and its content is used. The content of the Privacy Statement can be changed on an ongoing basis and therefore you should read through it again when you visit our website next time.
Important: The Bikinibiza and B*biza products are handmade. This means that if you are ordering more than one of the same items, that the chances are they may all differ slightly. We feel this adds to the product making each one unique.
The products may have small pieces on them, so whilst they are aesthetically pleasing, they are not toys and therefore should not be given to small children.
All the exclusive rights belong to Bikinibiza and any Bikinibiza product may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or otherwise exploited.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Terms and conditions
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability:
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Colours:
We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual products. The colours seen by the consumer, while browsing our website, are partly dependant on the users colour reproduction of their computer monitor. This varies from different models and manufacturers.
Payment:
You may pay for your order using either a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo or a charge card issued by American Express. You can also pay for your order by iDeal (online payment) or by Paypal.
Via iDeal you can pay directly in your own trusted online bankenvironment. iDeal is supported by: Rabobank, Postbank, ABN AMRO, Fortis, SNS Bank.
Paypal is a secure method of payment. It does not cost you, the customer, anything in set up fees etc. You don't even have to have an account. Once you have selected your items in the shops you will be taken to an external Paypal page where you can complete your transaction using a credit or debit card. We find this a simple, secure and fast way to pay!
Postage & Packing:
We will aim to dispatch your parcel within 7 days with a maximum of 2 weeks. (Please allow longer at busy periods such as Christmas) Parcels are sent first class standard delivery unless otherwise stated. All product prices include postage and packing unless otherwise stated. The above means dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland The Netherlands and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. If there is any reason why there may be a delay on your item, we will contact you as soon as we are able.
Privacy:
If you have made a purchase from our web store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail. We DO NOT pass your details onto a third party. We will not send you spam or junk mail. You will be given the opportunity to receive such communications from selected third parties and us when you become a friend of Bikinibiza.
Paypal is a secure payment site and card or bank details will not be visible to us.
Brand protection:
If you think you have seen counterfeit Bikinibiza or B*biza products, or if you see our logo somewhere other than on our products and websites, please let us know. You can send an email to: info@bikinibiza.com. We appreciate your help.
