I have seen a Bikinibiza or B*biza product I like but not in the right size?
Because all of our products are handmade, we cannot make the same products in each size. If you see a product you like that is not in your size, you can send an email to: info@bikinibiza.com and we will try to make a similar product for you. Please note that your product may differ slightly. We feel this adds to the product by making each one unique. When we have finished the product you have asked for, we will put this on our website and send you an email, so you have the opportunity to buy the product first.


What if the product I have ordered does not fit?
If the product you have ordered does not fit you, please send an email to info@bikinibiza.com. Items can be returned up to 10 days after they have been received. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The return of products is at your own risk. Once items have been received according to the above-mentioned conditions we will send you a correct item or refund the original price back to your original method of payment.


I would like to order a B*biza product that matches my Bikinibiza product or the other way around, but I cannot find it?
We try to make a matching B*biza products to compliment Bikinibiza products. But it is up to our customers to choose if they want to order both. That is why we cannot guarantee a matching product. What we can do is make a matching product for you that compliment the product you have ordered. If you send an email to info@bikinibiza.com, we will make a matching product for you. When finished we will send you an email to give you the opportunity to order the matching product.


I received an incorrect product in my order?
If (one of) the product(s) you have received is different from the one(s) you have ordered, please let us know right away by contacting our Customer Service Team. Send an email to: customer@bikinibiza.com. They will correct the error for you as soon as possible.

 

Can I become a Bikinibiza friend and receive your mailings if I have not placed an order (yet)?
Of course! You can sign up right now. 


Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from Bikinibiza, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. If you have not received an email yet, please contact us.
