Moving around the site
The navigation buttons in the screen help you to move around the site. The buttons separate the various departments, and clicking one will take you to the relevant department. With these buttons you can also access this help file, return to the 'Contact' page, or view your shopping bag.
Selecting Items
When you have entered a department area, for example 'Bikinis', you will then see a list of all the products we have available. When you have seen the item you are interested in you can add the item to your shopping bag by clicking the 'Add to shopping bag' button, or view more information and pictures of the product by clicking the the name of the product - you can also add the item to your shopping bag from this screen.
Your Shopping Bag
When you click the 'Add to shopping bag', your shopping bag will be displayed with the new item added. Do not worry you are not committing yourself to anything at this stage, and you can always remove the product if you change your mind. If you wish to browse other products, simple use the buttons on the left hand side.
When you have finished browsing through the site and are ready to purchase, click the ‘Your shopping bag’ button to take you to view your shopping bag. Look through the items, and when you are ready, click the 'Next' button.
Placing your Order
When you have clicked the 'Next' button as above, you are taken to the order area of the site. At this stage please complete all the details as required on the form - you will not be able to proceed until the form is complete. If you have changed your mind at this stage you can always click the back button on your browser to take you back to the normal site. When you have completed all the details click the 'Register’ Button.
Confirming your Order
When you have submitted your order, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order was sent successfully. This will normally happen within 10 seconds.
Bikinibiza & B*Biza
If you want to place an order for a Bikinibiza or B*biza product select ‘Add to shopping bag’. When you have clicked 'Add to shopping bag', your shopping bag will be displayed with the new item added.
When you order a Bikinibiza and a B*biza product together, you will receive a discount of 10%!
Have you seen a Bikinibiza or B*biza product you like but not in your size? Send an email to: info@bikinibiza.com and we will try to make a similar product for you.
Have you ordered a Bikinbiza product and you cannot find a matching B*biza product, or the other way around? Please contact us by sending an email to: manon@bbiza.com.
Every Bikinibiza product is handmade. We use embroideries and beads from the best quality and we make every piece with a lot of love and care. Eventhough we can’t fully guarantee that something might happen with one of the elements. We think it is very important that your Bikinibiza stays perfect so if something goes wrong please send us back your product and we will find a solution.

Returns and Exchange
Please send an email to us if for any reason you are unhappy with your item. Items can be returned up to 10 days after they have been received. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return of products is at your own risk. Once items have been received according to the above-mentioned conditions we will send you a correct item or refund the original price back to your original method of payment.
Please be aware Bikinibiza and B*biza products cannot be returned unless there is a fault on the item or the size is not correct. Make sure that before you place your order your size is according to the size table on our website. If an item is faulty please contact us on the returns email address above stating the item's fault.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we will not be able to take the requested action further.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
