Please read these terms and conditions if you are unsure of any details regarding Bikinibiza, our products or your purchases. Bikinibiza's object is to ensure your privacy is maintained throughout our website. We have therefore produced a Privacy Statement about how the information on this website and its content is used. The content of the Privacy Statement will be changed on an ongoing basis and therefore we advise you to read it before you make an order.

Important: The Bikinibiza products are handmade. This means that if you are ordering more than one of the same items, that they may all differ slightly. We feel this adds to the product making each one unique. This is because our object is to make each bikini unique.

The products have small pieces on them. Their purpose is aesthetical. They are not toys and therefore should not be given to small children.

Terms of Sale: 

By placing an order you are purchasing a product subject to the following Terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Terms and conditions
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability: 
Eventhough we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. 
If we discover an error in the price of an item that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices include VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Colors:
We can not guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reproduce the colors of the actual products. The colors seen by the consumer, while browsing our website, are partly dependent on the users color match of their computer monitor. This varies from different models and manufacturers.

Payment:
You may pay for your order using either a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo or a charge card issued by American Express. You can also pay for your order by IDeal (online payment) or by PayPal. 
Via IDeal you can pay directly in your own trusted online bank environment. IDeal is supported by: Rabobank, Postbank, ABN AMRO, Fortis, SNS Bank.
PayPal is a secure method of payment. It does not cost you, the customer, anything in set up fees etc. You don't even have to have an account. Once you have selected your items in the shop you will be taken to an external PayPal page where you can complete your transaction using a credit or debit card. We find this a simple, secure and fast way to pay! 

Postage & Packaging: 
We will aim to dispatch your parcel within 7 days with a maximum of 2 weeks. (Please note that it might take longer at busy periods like the Christmas period) Parcels are sent first class standard delivery unless otherwise stated. All product prices include postage and packing unless otherwise stated. The above means dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland The Netherlands and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. If there is any reason why there may be a delay on your item, we will contact you as soon as we are able.

Privacy:
If you have made a purchase from our webshop we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail. We DO NOT pass your details onto a third party. We will not send you spam or junk mail. You will be given the opportunity to receive such communications from selected third parties and us when you become a friend of Bikinibiza. 
PayPal is a secure payment site and card or bank details will not be visible to us.

Brand protection:
If you think you have seen counterfeit Bikinibiza products, or if you see our logo somewhere other than on our products and websites, please let us know. You can send an email to: info@bikinibiza.com. We appreciate your help.

A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer and is stored on your hard drive.
